I wanted to make a small decorative shelf after seeing a blacksmith's workshop in Japan that had a dedicated shelf for burning incense.

This shelf can be interpreted for your own daily ritual- whether that be burning incense, holding a vase with flowers or a just a place for your keys.

Made from mahogany, featuring a hand carved front edge.
